Before I explain the problem I should probably explain the background. When Spirited Away came out in theaters I saw it, fell in love with it, and was fortunate enough to fall in love with Premiere 5.1 at the same time. I made an AMV with subtitled DIVX footage because I couldn't wait for the DVD. Later the DVD came out and my brother remade my AMV with the DVD footage - this is currently on the site. This summer I came back to the world of computers and anime and remade my AMV so that it is now much much better than the previous two versions.
Now the problem. I need to remove my brother's AMV so that I can put mine up (mr bro is Radman and I have his permission for it to be removed). The site said to contact the site administrator to do that, but I'm not sure even how to do that.
Any help would be greatly apprectiated.

Your brother has to make the deletion request, upload the new video, and list you as a collaborator.
or
You can just upload your version and say that you have your brother's permission to remake and upload the video in your video description, then list him as a collaborator. The video will on both of your accounts.
