Ainimated Avatars

i've seen lots of people with animated avitars and i'd like a really cool one too, so if someone can help me find one or make one OR tell me how to make one:D any help would be super

For search them? Google. You'll find always something =)

For make them? I only know you can use either Macromedia Flash or Adobe ImageReady.

lol thanks, what hould i search though... i'm a little lost there. And about flash, i tried to read the tutorials for it and my head almost exploded, but thank you
