Uploaded but can't comfirm~Help Please

I have uploaded a file and now I am trying to confirm it but there is nothing there to download! I have the file name matching the one it says it is and I have uploaded it twice now! What am I doing wrong? Please Help!

Is it your "Angel by my side" video? Because you have no anime sources listed for it.
