Working My Favorite Vids

I have a problem. I had just recently arrived back from vacation and went to view my profile only to find that a video I had never seen, about an anime I have never heard of, had some how appeared in the number one slot and I don't know how to get rid of it and how to put the original #1 back.

If there is anyone who can help me, you would be paying me a big favor.
