The white screen...(upload Problem)

I've tried to upload 2 videos. on each video, step 1 went fine, but when i clicked NEXT, I got a white screen...just a white screen. I read the FAQ and everything! I tried everything I could think of!

Does anyone know what's wrong?

What browser are you using? I found some problems using some type of browsers during upload, but not during that step. Try use FireFox
