Login reminder for local downloads

Friday a colleague asked me how to download my AMV's because he was curious about what I'm doing in my sparetime. I showed him how to find them, but forgot to tell him that he has to be registered. Stupid me. And right, today he told me it didn't work. Can there be made a reminder to log in (or a login screen) that shows up if you try to download local vids without being logged in instead to return to the video info page? It would possibly decrease the number of "I can't download topics" at the help section.

Yea, There should definately be an error message added if there isn't one currently. It's just basic knowledge that you are supposed to display an error message when an error is encountered

I bet the spec (hah! just kidding! there is no spec!) changed at some point.... it used to be that when you're not logged in, local links didn't display at all, I think. But yeah, it needs fixing.
