Forbidden??

Forbidden??
Something weird happened when I was trying to upload. When it completed its upload on the server, instead of showing the video file, it showed the symbol for windows media player. I cant figure out why its doing it, but its never happened before. When I tried to confirm it, just to make sure, it said the server file was forbidden! Did I do something wrong? I cant confirm it, and I've already tried twice!
I sat in my room and looked at the stars and the moon in the sky and then I thought, "Where's my roof?"
