I have been wondering how to make a banner. I want to make a banner for quizilla and one for over here. All I need to know is how to make one.

You can use anything you want to make it, really, whether it's Photoshop or Microsoft Paint, as long as it follows the submission guidelines.

The guidelines are under the "My Banners" link on the left side menu when you log in.

if you use fan-art made by someone else in your banner, try to get the fan-artist's permission first. otherwise if the fan-artist complains, the site may take down your banner.
