When will be able to upload/download again? [SPLIT]

not to sound pushy or anything but uh..when will we be able to DL/UL again? ^_^;;

You can upload whenever you want and you can download any video that's hosted on Kero.

As far as any video that <i>isn't</i> hosted on Kero (namely, every video uploaded before March), be patient.
