I have finished a Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid AMV but need the anime title to be certified. Please certify it as soon as possible!

Uh, they don't certify anything. How/why the hell would they do that? Just upload it and move on.

Because not every single anime is actually listed in the Org until someone actually makes the video.

So people don't try to create an "anime" that isn't an anime. I.E. Teen titans, or the Matrix. New titles need to be approved before they can be allowed.
