oh god i never thought uploading would be so confusing...

This is my lil problem with with uploading videos. The first time my video was uploading, my friend had to do it because I was new to everything. Now he tells me use smartFTP. So I installed it and all I got everything ready. The server, the username and password was put in and all after I got the info from my amv. I clicked the checkbox. and I'm in the "REQUEST VIDEO UPLOAD PERMISSION" page...now
what do I do here? pleeeze help. I need help with this
