So confused (FTP thread)

I'm a newbie and I tried uplaoding and it worked only half way and now I'm stuck with it on here but only half way so I need help on A, uploadign it again and B. with the FTP thing. Please help! :cry:

Ooops, I forgot. I got so fustarited with the FTP file programs that I deleated every singe program I downloaded so I also need help working it.
