Loading up a Proxy Video

Hey, just wondering if I could get some help putting up a video by proxy. I've got some pretty old AMVs that I want to be able to share with all the newbies. They need to know how AMVs really got started (AKA, linearly).

I know I've got a couple by You Know Who (who doesn't even have an account here! blasphemous!), one by Lorraine Savage, and a couple of others. Anyone know how to get these uploaded? I emailed Vlad, but he never got back to me. Did a search, but most of the stuff I found about proxy uploads was pretty old. Any help?
Yeah, the AMV thesis....that was me.
