WTF? How's this is Possible?!

I'm trying enter a new video. But during Step 1 to step 2 (so clicking on next on Step 1) the site say that I have already a video with the same name!

How the hell is this possible?O.o I could use another name ok.. but..?!

A set number of keys in a certian sequence have presented binary code to a central processing unit which has printed the sequence of key presses onto your monitor and into a hyper text based forum. This exact series of actions which you once acted on has repeated itself down to the last binary digit. Consequently you must alter the binary patern to print a different sequence of ascii characters in the hyper text based form.

Check the amv database to see where the file is? It's possible somebody has already done a vid to that song and that anime or whatever and it's just coincidental they're labelled the same. In this case, you'll need to change the filename.
