HELP! (i can't upload a video!)

Hello.
I need some help.
I've got Core FTP Lite, and Filezilla.
Both of them won't connect to ftp://kero.animemusicvideos.org/

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I realize this is absolutely no help whatsoever, but I can't connect either, so at least I'm not the only one. Does it give you a message saying the target refused the connection or something?

Yeah. It pulls up connection failed even though I turned off my firewall.
This is what it says:
