I made a fatal mistake and just spent a long, long time writing a description that was axed because the org logged me out. How do we prevent this in ORG code. Other websites have this feature, why not the Org?
Do not say use a text editor, I know that, but I'm talking about site code in this post specifically.
Is there a way to stop logging out?

There's a lot of bugs in the login code. I've fixed a lot of them but I don't think they've made it back into the main tree yet.Kionon wrote:I made a fatal mistake and just spent a long, long time writing a description that was axed because the org logged me out. That option doesn't solve the problem. What happens is that you try submiting the op. The system sees you are not logged in so it automatically logs you in and puts you on the members main page. Notice I did *NOT* say it submits the op after logging in...Corran wrote:There is an option to always be logged in. It isn't on the main page though, you have to attempt to login with bad credentials in order to see the option...
