can't add music to video information

I have finished a new video and when trying to enter it into this site something messed up. i did step 1 ok, but step 2 (where you add the music) was a blankj page. i waited for a while and it wasnt doing a thing. it said done at the bottom too. i tried on another computer and it went fine. do you have any idea whats wrong?

As suggested in that thread, try turning off your Norton Internet Security and seeing of the music page loads up. Apparently NIS is blocking the music popup list from displaying for some people.

What browser did you use? Any security programs you have loaded? Did you or didn't you wait until the webpage is fully loaded? What kind of Internet connection?

Internet Explorer. I turned off Norton Antivirus and Antispam. I waited for the page to load, and pressed refresh, and tried to open the link in another window, and i lcosed and opened the browser. I have a fast connection, adsl. Tomorrow I'll try with a pc at university, they're soooo old they could ignore any pop-up problem and load the page... But maybe, as they said in another topic, the problem is the music list is getting too long to load.
