With a Mac, substitute "click" where the FAQ says "left click" and "Ctrl+click" where it says "right click." The one button on a Mac mouse operates as a left button.

The guide is a little out of date. It used to be that new members needed to wait two weeks before they could download videos from
LOCAL links. There is no more waiting period, and you can dowload videos immediately.

LOCAL link is where the video is stored here on the servers at AnimeMusicVideos.org. A
DIRECT link is where the video is stored on the user's own web or FTP site.
If it says
NO, that means that the creator of the video has not made it available for download yet. If you want a copy, you should contact the creator directly.
