the entering of my video isn't working!

I've tried entering my video details countless times but all that is saved is the first page, everytime I enter the music and anime data, the links page tells me to go back and correct the data that is in error when I just typed the whole thing in.

you have two entries, the first one is missing music and a premiere date, the second one is missing music and an artist. make sure you click add when you select your music artist + song, and when you select your anime, and enter a premiere date. also, don't click the check box next to the music entry and the anime entry when you hit the 'next' button on steps 2 and 3 i think.
