Why isn't "Edit My Videos" (step 1) working?

Post by Scintilla » Mon May 16, 2005 11:46 am

I've added a whole section on download info to my latest video, and every time I come back to Step 1 of the editing process, the section I've added shows up, so obviously it's being saved in the database...

... however, it won't show up on the video's actual info page when I refresh.

I don't get it -- I've tried going through all the steps of the Edit process (which I usually don't have to do -- just clicking on "continue" on the Step 1 page alone is usually enough to save the changes), but it doesn't help.

Also, its Date Available is now showing up as 00-00-0000 instead of 05-13-2005 like it used to be, and though Steps 2 and 3 (music and anime) are showing up as links in the edit process, it won't let me actually access them -- it just takes me to Step 4 (links).

What's going on?

(<b>Append:</b> And the premiere date was Friday the 13th, so it hasn't been two weeks yet, so I <i>should</i> still be able to edit the anime and music, right?)

Update: I was able to edit a link I'd already added (Step 4) with no problem, so I'm fairly sure the problem is just with Step 1 (which still is not working).

... I'm sorry, never mind.

Apparently whatever's used to parse HTML tags in the info form doesn't like the "<^^" smiley.
