Problem placing .hack//SIGN in favorite animes list

Whenever I try to play .hack//SIGN (hack SIGN) in my favorite animes list, it gives me an error saying it can't be placed? then when I select it along with all its possible aliases, it picks hack sign/dusk. why can't I just select .hack//SIGN?

Yeah...does anybody else have a answer for this one...I tried several others animes and got the same error or a meesage saying that the anime I picked is invlaid (Its on the list) or a message saying that I did not rate it even though I did...Quite frankly I got so annoyed that I didn't bother to post the rest of my fav's on it....Any idea to what's going? I would like to keep it updated but if the problem is not fixable then I will deal....
