everytume i try to upload a video (using cute ftp or filezilla ) i get the following message while connecting

COMMAND:> PORT 10,101,1,60,5,103
200 PORT command successful.
COMMAND:> LIST
150 File status okay; about to open data connection.
ERROR:> Can't read from data socket. Socket error = #10054.

No, you're telling the server to connect to a private IP address behind your firewall. Try turning on "passive" mode.
