Ladys and gentlemen im here to bring you best suggestion ever thought of by man.it will make many happy and it will motivate everyone into creating the greatest vids ever

I suggest the creation of THE GOLDEN PROFILE LOL

what is this golden profile about, is very easy:
Suppose a good editor that went from zero to hero when this editors leave or retire his profile page should have a different design than the normal profile pages just to indicate that this person was hot

for example, users that will be golden profiled:
Vlad
Absolutedestiny

of course that to avoid noobisheness in this the future godlike editors should be evaluated by others with good reputation and
proven experience

Or how about this: we make an incredibly complex system whereby everyone has individual scores for every other creator that they know in terms of editing ability, freindlienes, technical knowlege, maturity, etc. These can then be composited into an overall respect score for that creator.

Oh wait. We have that already. It's called community.

You know... I <i>really</i> hate to pick on a certain someone who's "left or retired" four times now, but he really makes a good counterexample here.
