hey, when i make a video and somone leaves an opinon, how do i make it so that people can see my opinion averages before dowbloading my video?

i've already checked off the box that says "make public" so i think it's more to it than just that... please help me out...

Opinion averages don't show upuntil there are at least 3 ops on the video.
