this really didnt help me i just need to know how i can get a link from this site to put in a forum for my friends to click and see my movie

You can't.

The closest you could come, is to link the video's entry in the database. Assuming your vids are on local download, anyone wishing to get your video would have to become a member of this site to get download access.
