Download Stats for member pages

Not sure how difficult it would be to impliment, but could users have something like the daily upload graphs for their videos on their my videos page? The reasoning behind this would be, essentially, to see how various methods of promotion of a work were successful; i.e. "the video was show at con X in, say, june, and in the next 2 weeks the downloads for it skyrocketed, but when i sent it to con Y very little extra downloads occured."

Any responce to this idea would be great, and if you need me to clarify things just let me know, i'm in a rush right now.

It would also promote a whole bunch of whining about any lack of downloads.

Well here's how i see it; you already know how many times your video was downloaded when you go to the "edit my videos" page, why not know (graphically or tabularly) when those downloads occured?

Is that data stored anywhere on the database right now?[/b]

I can see how this can be a nice feature. We can add it to the to-do list but this is going to be pretty low on the priority list as it doesn't actually do anything productive. We don't really have a lot of programming time for something that people will just look at and go "huh... interesting" and that's all.

That is true... damn, if i learn PHP anytime soon i'd be happy to lend my services (i'm a CS major at UML by the way, so the experience would be great).
