I have TMPGenc Plus. While I find it to be a good MPEG-1/2 decoder, I don't find its synchronization abilities to be anything really impressive. (Yeah, I've used them.)
I mean, in what way? can you please explain. This is because, in comparison with the harcore users on amv; my use of TMPGenc is limited. I use it only for compiling series of jpg/bmp into a media-center ready

Yeah, I had used it; but it sai it required a video capture card. That was when I was 11. Now even though I'm 15; I still don't use it. I thought it was just a capturing software; but by the looks of your posts, it seems as if its a powerful encoding software. An isn't it it PD?
