specific uploading problem

i know a lot of people have problems uploading stuff, but my problem is different, that new server name, kero, isn't working for me, it says that this server name is invalid. my ftp client isn't that kind that will take the URL, so i don't know what to do? can i put the name of the other server? or is it offline?
i cannot upload any of my new videos, and it's killing me!!
