Troubles adding songs and artists

Okay, before I tell what my problems is, I just want to let you know that I did do a forum search to see if anyone else had this problem and I tried troubleshooting myself.

My problem is: whenever I try to add a new artist or a new song, my computer kills the pop up. I deactivated my pop up-killing firewalls and also the function of Windows Service Package 2 that kills pop ups. The problems persists. Got any ideas?

Like I said, I did do a forum search, and bum had a similar problem some time ago, but the solution the kind folks gave to him is the one I already tried.

I'm out of ideas. Please help.

Nevermind. I figured the problem out. Turns out, I was just missing deactivating one of the many programs that kill pop ups on my computer. My brother informed me of this. Sorry to bother anyone.
