Linking RDS Radio?

Well, given that RDS radio is an AMV oriented radio show, and animemusicvideos.org is an AMV oriented site. Wouldn't it make sense for the org to link or use some of its influence to get the show more listeners?

There are lots of amv things in this world, creator websites, conventions heck even reviews on other websites.

We don't link any of this content, we have no affiliates. Members can link whatever promotional amv stuff they want in their profiles and journals - we've even let the RDS thread stay in the forum despite it technically being off topic but this isn't currently an org event.

At the moment the answer is no. This answer may change with further consideration but currently that's the decision.

Eh, not sure what you mean trythil. The whole point of the show is to talk about AMV stuff, like the VCAs, and they've even had Phade on as a guest. I don't see how you could say it isn't related to AMVs, unless you haven't listened to it.

Although I agree, its not an official org show or anything, so theres not really a place for it on the main site I guess.

I have listened to it, on multiple occasions. It's difficult to not do so when people on the show periodically send you instant messages to "tune into RDS radio".

The bulk of the show, in my view, is a bunch inside jokes between friends. Phade appearing on the show was an outlier.

Considering they've had other AMV creator interviews outside of Phade (Tim Stair and Vlad Pohnert), plus discuss AMV related topics routinely, I don't see how you can say it isn't AMV related...unless you've only listened to the bits and pieces that were off topic.

yeah, last week was about this years VCA's and what everyone thinks the outcome is. That seems pretty on-topic about AMV's.
