unable to login

i have a problem with login to ftp, a massege apears : "Unable to login.
This is usually due to an incorrect username or password. Check both for accuracy including whether or not Caps Lock is accidently enabled. If this error persists, check with your system administrator or hosting provider."

it has work befor but now...i don't know what to do, please help me nyu

Did you try it before Kero went online - or after?

ok i tell you step by step
first i open cuteFTP
then its try to connecting with this ftp://nachoslucr:froreclaph@Kero.AnimeMusicVideos.org/
befor it was showing mi window of error with that message

but now it shows window with:
username:
password:
password protection:
...and it won't connect even if i wrote the username or password...
