Download Help!

I've been trying to download videos, but for some reason, none of it is working! I thought that maybe my computer was slow, but I've been at this for at least an hour! Am I doing something wrong? What I do is I click on the title, click local once the page pops up, and then I wait! This hasn't happened before...
