Help!.. I cant login!!..

Help.. When i try to login i get a 'Authentication failed. Please re-login to refresh your session.' I've tried repeatly , and i have already cleared my cookies upon each series of tries.. I've just reinstall my windows though, and this problem occurred after that.. How?.. I'm dying without AMVs!!.. Help!! -L___-"..
