When i go to certain amv's there isnt a link saying local for me to download.
Is there a way for me to download these videos?

Ususally not. You can try to PM/email the creator and see if they can hook you up but usually there is a reason there is no way to download the video.

Those AMV's haven't been uploaded, nor has the creator a link where you can download them.
This can have multiple causes, most propably that the AMV is bigger then 100 Mb and the creator can't pay for hosting himself, or it's an AMV that has never been finished or has been deleted...

Or if its a real old one, has never existed in digital form. Though I hope that'll be solved soon enough.
