How can I have two members in a video?? It don't work HELP..

I done a video in twice, with a collaborator, but I am not able to put with 'michele' also the other member in the video info, I tried using collaborators but it don't works.. Help me please in urgent!

I tried more things and.. Now I have a member in collaborator with a " (pending) " but still don't appear in the infos, what I have to do? Thanks in advance..!

The other person has to go to their Memebers Main Page and check the box accepting that they are a collaborator on the video. Otherwise it won't show up.
