Uploading Help - Problem With Premiere Date

I can't get permission to upload my AMV because the premiere date keeps getting reset to December 23rd! I don't get it...I edited the date to today at Step 1 of the editing process, and then I tried the "Request Change of Locked Video Information" page, and I changed the date to today. It got reset again! Why is the date being reset to 2 days in the future???
