Forum skins?

Would it be possible to install some other forum skins besides subSilver? I like subSilver, but some other choices would be fun to have. Also, I'm not saying that we should allow user made skins like we do with the website, but having some custom made skins for the forums would be kind of cool, too.

If they install new skins, the spoiler tags won't work anymore since it uses white text which will appear in other background colors.

Some forums have a custom spoiler tag that places the text in question on a black background. Result? Black on black, and needs highlighting to read.

It's probably a standard phpBB MOD.

This is nice, but really javascript spoiler hiders are much nicer. For those of enforcing high contrast stylesheets on the browser side.

And as a non-javascript alternative you can make it a clickthrough link that uses a url argument to display that peice of text, and a # to go back to that post. But that sounds like a lot of work.

I think a black template would be good for those of us who dont want to look at a lightbulb.

I'd like to see something different too.

Besides the spoiler tag issue, the only other reason I can think of this not working out is the '

buttons' would have to be re-made specially for the templates. That is unless people don't mind a sub-silver style button on a non-subsilver style template. *shrug*

You have the issue of all the sub-silver graphics on non-subsilver on ANY custom skin... just some of the creators have already created some of the them already... if you're lucky
