Local Download Issue

Lately, I have been having a problem downloading when I click on a local download link. I get an error webpage saying something about "Cannot Find Server". Would there be some reason why I would be unable to download from the local download network? I have seen no posts on the forums or on the web site that state that the local downloads are down. Of course, I could be blind too.
