Others AMVs

I've seen that there was some profile or something that was for posting AMVs that are not yours. How do you do that and is there any rules to it? I got this cool DBZ Trilogy from another persons site and I think it is really good and should be on the org and I can't find it here. If anyone knows the AMVs I'm talking about, there was 3 dif. vids depicting 3 dif evil forces (Frieza, Cell, and Buu).

I believe you're talking about the "Proxy" user, right?

Yes, thats it. The proxy. So how do I upload videos to it and are there any rules to it?

Acctually, I just search for the members name and he is on the org but he just didn't put his trilogy up so I'll just ask him to do it if he wants.
