someone plz help me use local to download vids

everytime i try to use the local link for videos it says:

ERROR: You are attempting to download this video too soon after your last download attempt.

but i havent downloaded any videos using local

some plz help me...im clueless.......

If you've got any download accelerators, turn them off.

Then look through this forum for all the other threads in which this question has been asked recently. It's come up a lot in the past few days.

You can tell if you have one because you downloaded it and installed it on your computer.
