constant disconects when uploading vid

This isnt a major problem, but I'm constantly geting disconected while uploading my latest amv. Filezilla just reconects and resumes the upload every time it happens (which its done 7 times allready, and thiers still another 2 hours and 37 minutes for the vid to finish uploading). The problem is that on 56k it takes long enough to upload files as it is, and the possibility of my computer crashing/sudenly restarting or my connection being disconected can seriosly screw things up for me. Oh and, the pause/resume feature of filezilla dosnt seem to work, well, on my computer anyway.
