Trouble with ftp

I am having a problem with smart Ftp.
I have logged in with my password and username before and it let me in, but now it is saying my password is incorrect. I have tried over and over but it still keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I won't let me upload my video! Please help!

I believe the usernames and passwords are single use only.

So, you have to go through the procedure that gets you the username and password again.
