post opinions for banners || increase required banner vote

I think it'd be neat to be able to post opinions on each banner. This way members could either show their approval to the editor, give some critiquing, or just add some general comments. This commentary could also help in making future banners.


Also, I think the number of people required to vote on a banner should be enlarged, but the ratio could be maintained. Perhaps it could be doubled or even tripled (182/300 or 273/450). This would increase the accuracy of the results, would allow more members to participate, and would be an adjustment in line with all the additional members a-m-v.org has gained since the banner ad competition started.
