Ugh...is there a site problem?? Something's wrong...:(

Grr...I would like to upload a video I made....but I can't get past step 5. The convention/contest step...I just go straight to the continue button (since Im not in any contests ) and it starts to load step 6 .... kinda.

It stays on step 5 for quite a long time, then eventually loads a completely white page, but the link at the top says step6 in it. Step 6 just wont load. Ive tried in IE and in Opera. Same exact thing, gets stuck after step 5 on a white screen.

Does anyone know what might be wrong? Why won't step 6 load?

From the information I'm getting, it sounds like the page is failing to load (duh). I can think of several causes for this, but because I'm not Jesus I won't swear by any of them:
1. Are you behind a router? It's possible the router could be dropping the packets that you need to recieve in order to continue.
2. Are you behind a fire wall? I'm not familiar with step six (I've only uploaded one video), but I'm betting it's possible a firewall could be blocking some of the ports the page for step six needs.
3. How recently have you cleared your cookies / internet cache? Try clearing them.
4. Have you tried restarting?
5. Perhaps you have performed one of the other steps incorrectly. Make sure you have an anime and song selected correctly (there's a box that looks really good to click, but don't. It clears your selection. The box is at the bottom of the lists)
6. Check out the uploading guide. I don't have the link on hand, but I'm fairly sure you can check it out from the guides page on the site home page.
