Like the subject said, make the Search button more apparent.
Locate the search right below 'site home page" and 'member main Page." Make it in Big Bold words.
It's more convient and much more easily noticaeble. This change will hopefully allow for people to actually Notice the "search" button and do a search before they make another thread.
I know it's more work, but hopefully it should help to ease things for Hasty newb's. Haste makes for careless mistakes, like posting a thread when one has already been created.
Thanks for reading.

How about we just smack every user upside the head until he/she realized that he'she is a dolt for not bothering to read their member page?
I like this idea more.

"If someone feels the need to 'express' himself or herself with a huge graphical 'singature' that has nothing to do with anything, that person should reevaluate his or her reasons for needing said form of expression, possibly with the help of a licensed mental health practitioner."

Can't say I disagree with that, it has some sound wisdom. But like it or not, more and more newbs will be posting asked questions and you can flame them all but that'll just end up giving the Org a bad impression and it dosn't help the newbs at all.
It would be great if all the people who come here are patient and perceptive but most aren't, so it's best to Make sure they notice that they can and should search for a thread before posting one.
