Hi, I've made an entry for a video and acquired an upload request, but when I put the info in it didn't work. Whenever I try to request a new upload veryfication it doesn't list my entry. How do I get another upload request for my video?

You have to get special permission from the admins when something like this happens. PM derobert, he'll be able to help. Make sure to have your checkbook ready since his time can be somewhat expensive.
