heres a thought how about we move the site help forum to the top of the page taht way people see that forum befor they get to general amv and other forums?

Or you could follow netiquette and lurk in the forums before posting so you get to know the place better.

Site Announcements is most important and then the sections are in order of popularity, with the AMV section having top priority.

yah i realiz that but i was just thinking of a quick fix for noobs posting in the wrong forum and asking for help. but its was just a thought.
