True, but it begs to reason, how short and stupid can you make it before they will reject it? What if people purposefully write a "troll" review in such a way that the people checking might not realize it. What if someone rights their honest opinion, but its so far from the norm that it 'appears' to be a troll review. In the end, it doesnt really matter in the slightest, just something to argue about.
Personally, I don't understand the need for anime review here, as there are already a ton of sites that are surely more useful for reviews than this could be.
And as for a 'need' for a review section, well, I don't know. There's me and a few other that would like to put the reviews that we've typed up on the site. It's definitely more of a want. But if you look at it, a lot of people are too lazy to actually go to any of those other review sites and look anything up. And there's a decent amount of posts that have simply been about "is this series any good?" So those who ask that would be able to go to it instead.
Also, it would also help for those who are like, "I have this song that I would like to make a video for, but I don't know which anime to use." By going through the reviews section, they might be able to find out and get an idea of what show that they'd actually like to use.
