Can't Change The Picture in My Profile

I cant change the picture in my member main page profile
what it does it that it enlarge my older image to the new
one's size but the pic wont change at all. I tried like
20 times with different pics and it just wont work

A little help woud be appreciated

There is a size limit don't ya know? If youve reached it, you can't make your picture any bigger.

I know I tried many different pics, and they were all underneath
360 pixels wide..and it does the same thing all the time.
It takes my old pic and it enlarges it to the size of my new pic
but my new pic doesnt appear at all
