GODAM .DLL FILES! trouble installing AVIsynth

When I run the basic wov import.avs file, I get a WMV that says 'UNRECOGNIZED EXCEPTION' with the file name below it.

Do I haev to run the MPEG2 plugin somwhere?

I'll try most of the things on there and see what happens.
On the above post, I screwed up and typed 'wov' instead of 'vob' project.

I just need you guys to bottom line it for me. (I just remade the project as well. That didn't work.)

I have it saved on my C drive as Kurumi1.d2v. I have the import file reading MPEG2Source("C:\Kurumi1.d2v").

WTF DO I GOTTA DO!!!!!!!!!
